I am very excited to announce that I have made a new friend, and not only a friend but a partner! Her name is Bella, she is a spunky Border Collie/lab/German Shepard mix who loves to play, eat treats AND the coolest part, she's a pilot! She's just like that other famous pilot, Amelia Airdale! Very cool!
Her mom Meredith and my mom are also partnering up to bake all kinds of yummy treats while Bella, hearing the call to arms, has taken it upon herself to deliver the goods right to your doorstep! It's going to be a big adventure but if there's anyone up to the task, Bella is. Our moms are happy to have baking partners and we're happy to help eat, I mean deliver what they bake, winning!
And speaking of winning, remember a month ago when we announced how we were raising money for Karma Rescue? Well, it's been over a month and we did in fact, raise money for Karma Rescue. Guess how much...I'll give you a clue...$200!
I was told that 6 dogs were adopted that very day! That's 6 dogs that have a bed to sleep in, food in their tummies and a family that loves them. If that isin't good karma I don't know what is. Happy dogs and happy tales, winning all around, with friends. Oh, and here are some new friends I made at dog park a little while ago.
